Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Salmon: Page 1, line 12: Delete "2009" Insert "2007" Representative Salmon moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. 2005-04-19 House Journal Page 1135 Representative Kohring objected.
